$60 (us) for a game?! ABSURD ISN’T IT?! Americans remember the good old days when a game was $50 and even then that was a very expensive purchase.
I live in Australia and I pay $120 for games. Oh but the us dollar is SO much more!
Oh ok… Then what the hell!?
I know they can hardly change game prices here depending on the current aus dollar but surely paying almost 50% more isn’t necessary.
New Uk games tend to be around 40 pounds (us $80)
Maybe Australians pay more because of the great weather?
I was in my local EB the other day when I spyed a pre owned copy of Assassin’s Creed, $100. BARGAINS ABOUND!

Yeah, so I’m a little cynical about it all, but when you are a very poor student living out of home with a VERY expensive hobby you’ve got to think which is more vital to survival. Food? Or games?
