That hit over here in England a few years back. But there are varying plans that isp's offer. Simple idiot broadband for old people with a cap of 1gb or something stupid and so on. I am currently with Sky TV who have a cap of 40GB a month. Granted i don't use it all up but i don't download alot so it's not too bad. I'm sure Aus will get some varying plans to help the matter. If that fails, just cruise around with a laptop and find unsecure wifi spots and leech off them until it runs out of bandwidth then move on to the next!
